Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help coordinate active customer projects in a dynamic lab and testing environment. This full-time role supports schedules, milestones, and deliverables while interfacing with engineers, technicians, and customers across onsite, hybrid, or remote settings.

You will maintain project records, communicate risks, and assist with administration, invoicing, quotes, POs, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 0–2 years in project coordination, administration, customer service, laboratory operations, or a technical support environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active customer projects by tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, tracking systems, and documentation for visibility.
• Monitor progress and flag delays, risks or issues to stakeholders.
• Assist with customer communications on project status and timelines.
• Coordinate information flow among customers, engineers, labs, and teams.
• Support project administration: setup, scope verification, invoicing, quotes, POs, close-out.
• Assist with resource planning and workload scheduling for laboratory operations.
• Ensure records, engineering hours, test docs, and admin data stay accurate.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying coordination process improvements.
• Provide operational support via vendor coordination, calibration scheduling, and lab admin.
