Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for multifamily mechanical construction in Dallas, TX. This role supports preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing scopes.

Ideal background includes 2+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience; mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP experience is preferred. You will assist with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and coordination with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience.
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multifamily mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing scopes.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Help track project costs, manpower, materials, equipment, milestones, and overall project performance.
