Job summary

Multi-Family Construction Group in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and requires strong leadership and client coordination.

The Senior PM will manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across a range of multifamily developments. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multifamily Construction required.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
