Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order accurately.
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using available manuals and handbooks.
• Recommends performance actions for team members and fosters teamwork, energy, and a customer-focused atmosphere.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and increasing check averages through training and sales execution.
• Controls costs (food, labor) within budget and uses PROFIT system for administration and cash management.
• Plans inventory levels using the restaurant’s system to meet demand and minimize loss; ensures safety and security standards.
