Qualifications

• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by ensuring products meet standards.
• Train and promote quality standards to team members.
• Recommend performance actions regarding team members.
• Ensure the entire team is focused on quality and customer service.
• Manage sales goals through customer service and product training.
• Seek additional sales through creative local restaurant marketing.
• Manage profit goals and controllable costs.
• Execute administrative and cash management duties.
