The program starts July 2027 and emphasizes process improvement, analytics, and effective communication with stakeholders across marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategy project or new product launch.
• Develop the project management plan with schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate the extended team and align with goals.
• Manage resources and budget to stay within approved costs.
• Learn and perform duties across functions to gain broad experience.
• Support customer- and market-focused insights to improve marketing.
