Job summary

The TRAIL program at Newrez is a 12-month rotational leadership development track designed for recent college graduates in the United States. Participants gain hands-on experience across Loss Mitigation, Team Lead/Performance, Compliance, and related operations areas while earning a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, supporting homeowner questions and loss mitigation.
• Analyze processes, identify trends and risks to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Support regulatory, agency, investor and change management activities with impact assessments and tracking.
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Assist with duties across line and staff functions to gain leadership experience.
