• Valid driver's license with ability to pass drug test/background/medical.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, drawings to understand scope.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment.
• Research material pricing, labor rates, and subcontractor quotes.
• Compile bid proposals, supporting documentation, and bid submissions.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and project docs.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, engineers, vendors, and subs.
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Track bid results and analyze estimate performance.
• Travel to job sites and client meetings as required.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
