Job summary

BL Harbert International is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives across the Southeast US. You will work with the PMs and site superintendents to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and officials to meet deadlines and owner expectations.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction management and a relevant degree, with relocation flexibility. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction management, buildings and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree required.
• Open to relocation.
• Knowledge of state and local permitting procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track and maintain plans and specs.
• Maintain and update the Submittal Register.
• Organize and check subcontractor Pay Apps for content and accuracy.
• Generate weekly subcontractor coordination meeting minutes.
• Coordinate subcontractor and BLHI material deliveries.
• Generate subcontractor and supplier change orders and update quantity reports weekly.
