Consigli Construction Co., Inc. in Albany, NY is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior PM and Project Manager on all aspects of a project.

You will oversee the Project Engineer, focus on document control (RFIs, submittals, material delivery), and coordinate with subcontractors and design teams to represent Consigli throughout the project. You will attend weekly meetings, help develop estimates and bid proposals, manage schedules with Procore, track costs and changes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in construction project management or similar role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main contact for Owners, OPMs and design teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors, design teams, and owner reps.
• Support cost and change management: prepare reports and present to owners and internal teams.
• Assist in development of estimates and bid proposals for lump sum and GMP projects.
• Oversee Project Engineer; manage document control, RFIs, submittals, and material delivery tracking.
