Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction project management or similar role.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Procore, scheduling and cost-management tools commonly used.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for Owners, OPMs and Design Teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors, design teams, and owner representatives to resolve field conflicts.
• Assist in cost and change management; prepare reports for reviews and meetings.
