Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Harahan, LA to bring our mission and standards to life in our restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to develop store action plans and forecast labor and inventory, while growing hourly Team Members through leadership and coaching.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness meet CAVA standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise training, coaching, and performance feedback for Team Members.
• Support scheduling and staffing processes.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Lead by example in customer service and team engagement.
• Assist with financial reporting and performance analysis.
