Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to own Rippling as the system of record for people data, payroll, benefits, recruiting, time and attendance, and related HR technology. The role supports 80+ locations and 22 brands across multiple states, driving data integrity and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS, HR operations, HR technology, or HR systems experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Rippling administrator experience; not only end-user experience.
• Strong data skills with Excel/Google Sheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, bulk uploads, and data validation.
• Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and able to work on-site at AMP’s Las Colinas/Irving headquarters on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Rippling platform administration across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/ATS, and Spend/Expense modules.
• Lead migration from Paycom, Paylocity, and ADP into Rippling; validate data and sunset legacy systems.
• Own benefits carrier feeds, EDI/834 files, SFTP processes, and integrations connected to Rippling.
• Partner with Payroll & Benefits Manager to configure earnings, deductions, tax setups, and multi-state payroll rules.
• Build Rippling reports and dashboards for headcount, turnover, retention, and HR metrics.
• Administer Rippling Recruiting, including templates and workflows; support I-9/E-Verify handoffs.
• Onboard acquired practices into Rippling and build repeatable HRIS integration playbooks.
• Create SOPs, training guides, and train users on Rippling self-service and reporting.
