Job summary

Hire Emerald is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with hands-on Rippling expertise to lead its HR administration for a U.S.-based, multi-location business. This fully remote role focuses on HRIS implementation, payroll and benefits coordination, and policy configuration across states.

You will manage onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees, maintain accurate records, and partner with managers to optimize HR workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience supporting U.S. employees.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing Rippling.
• Experience configuring entities, locations, payroll, benefits, and onboarding in Rippling.
• Experience with multi-state HR policies and time-tracking/payroll integration in Rippling.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead Rippling setup and ongoing administration.
• Configure entities, locations, employee data imports, job codes, and onboarding.
• Set up payroll, benefits, and state IDs.
• Maintain accurate records and update compensation and job levels.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees.
• Provide HR and payroll support to employees and managers.
