Job summary

Dexter Magnetic Technologies is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, with Rippling as the primary focus. You will ensure data integrity, generate HR dashboards, and support onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance workflows across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years of HRIS experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and familiarity with system integrations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling (config, reporting, workflows).
• Experience with system integrations (HRIS, ERP, timekeeping); ITAR considerations for U.S. persons.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the HRIS landscape with Rippling as the primary system.
• Manage employee data integrity, security, and compliance across HR systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Ensure privacy controls and internal policy alignment.
• Regularly audit HRIS data for accuracy and compliance.
• Train users on system functionality and best practices.
