Dexter Magnetic Technologies is seeking an HRIS Analyst to own and optimize the HRIS landscape, with Rippling at the center. You will manage data accuracy, create HR analytics, and support payroll, benefits, onboarding, and performance workflows.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRIS, hands-on Rippling experience, and familiarity with Workday/ADP. This full-time role requires in-person work at our Elk Grove Village site in IL.

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Rippling. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless HR processes while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.

Targeted Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 + bonus
