Job summary

Equip is seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Payroll Data Specialist Contractor to finalize the migration of HRIS data from ADP to Rippling. You will extract and organize historical records, payroll data, and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy across Rippling and Google Drive.

You will work 100% remotely with the payroll and HR teams, maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and timely progress updates. Immediate start through Oct 25, 2026, 40 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR operations, admin, or data coordination experience.
• Hands-on ADP and Rippling HRIS and payroll data migration experience.
• Experience with data auditing, file management, and Google Workspace administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR record retention, PHI privacy, and PII confidentiality.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Extract and archive historical employee records, tax filings, payroll summaries, and signed legal agreements from ADP’s read-only database.
• Map, upload, and structure data accurately within Rippling and designated Google Drive directories.
• Perform rigorous quality control and data auditing to guarantee total record integrity and compliance across systems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling PII and PHI.
• Track migration progress and deliver clear status updates to Payroll and HR leadership.
