Job summary

QualX Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a Records and Information Management Evaluation Analyst to support the DRMD RIM Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process, coordinating with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations and conduct interviews. You will validate RIM practices, prepare pre-evaluation assessments, and develop expertise in DON/DoD/NARA guidelines.

The role requires TS clearance, a Bachelor's in information management, and strong Office

Qualifications

• Top Secret Security Clearance required
• 1+ year experience with Federal executive agencies, DoD, or DON records functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in information management or related field
• Ability to collaborate with team and work independently in support of evaluations (onsite and telework, possible NCR travel)
• Strong oral and written communication, ability to present findings to senior officials
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support the DRMD Records and Information Management Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process
• Coordinate with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews and provide evaluation findings
• Validate and analyze RIM practices, file plans, and supporting documentation received from DON commands, and prepare pre-evaluation assessments
• Develop familiarity with RIM evaluation procedures and participate in command evaluation interviews
• Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting evaluation findings, compliance scores, and actionable recommendations
• Develop full working knowledge of DON/DoD/NARA guidelines and governing documents regarding federal records management and its application to RIM evaluations
• Edit and revise evaluation procedures, SOPs and documentation for continuous progress improvement
