Job summary

Armanino LLP is expanding its Rillet ERP implementation practice. The Consultant – Rillet will support delivery of ERP implementations for fast-growing, mid-market clients while building technical, functional, and client-facing consulting skills.

This role suits someone eager to join a growing team and develop accounting, ERP, and cloud-based platform expertise through hands-on project work and mentorship from senior consultants and managers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, business, or related major or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interest in emerging finance tech and cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analyzing and documenting business processes, accounting workflows, and system requirements.
• Rapidly learn the Rillet platform, implementation methodology, and client use cases.
• Support system setup and configuration of the Rillet platform based on client requirements.
• Assist in the development and execution of test scripts during client testing and UAT phases.
• Support end-user training sessions and help ensure client adoption of the Rillet system.
• Provide project support by tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
