Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate utility installations and relocations within public rights-of-way.
• Review engineering plans and identify and resolve utility conflicts.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects with City departments, utility companies, contractors and developers.
• Review and approve permit applications.
• Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiate solutions to utility conflicts.
• Monitor project progress and maintain records.
• Oversee the public infrastructure permitting process.
• Supervise assigned personnel.
