Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct municipal utility engineering programs for water and wastewater systems.
• Review design plans and proposals for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate construction inspection for water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare estimates, specifications, and bid documents for contracting work.
• Provide technical assistance and prepare technical reports to support engineering programs.
