Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, Digital Media or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital content management, preferably in music/entertainment.
• Experience with YouTube CMS and Content ID system.
• Strong understanding of digital music distribution and metadata standards.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital rights management and protect Roc Nation’s content on YouTube.
• Ensure accurate metadata and quality of assets during imports.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
• Manage YouTube disputes and ensure fair, efficient resolutions.
• Generate KPI reports for Distribution and Publishing teams and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and optimize workflows with automation.
