Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of digital content management experience in music/entertainment preferred.
• Experience with YouTube's Content Management System (CMS) and Content ID.
• Strong understanding of digital music distribution and metadata standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee YouTube-related rights management and protect Roc Nation’s content ownership.
• Maintain high-quality metadata through asset imports and QA checks.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal teams and external partners to resolve content issues.
• Manage disputes on YouTube and ensure efficient resolutions across the catalog.
• Generate and analyze KPI and performance reports for Distribution and Publishing teams.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and optimize workflows for efficiency.
