ROSTR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Rights Coordinator to execute rights management tasks for monetization across YouTube. You will manage catalog metadata, process content claims, and resolve conflicts, ensuring accurate registrations and clean rights across all assets.
The role emphasizes precision, documentation, and the use of AI to move faster without sacrificing judgment. Fully remote, you’ll collaborate with ops and client-facing teams to protect artists and maximize revenue.
We're looking for a Digital Rights Coordinator to run the hands-on execution work that keeps our clients' money flowing: catch missed revenue, keep catalogs accurate, resolve claims and conflicts quickly, and keep monetization clean and compliant across YouTube. Every artist and label should feel like their catalog is handled with precision.
Rebel runs on carefully crafted systems, built for speed without losing the human judgment and attention to detail that set us apart. So you should be comfortable picking up new tools, documenting your work clearly, and using AI to move faster without losing judgment or accountability. You'll work closely with ops on execution and with client-facing teams on issue resolution.
In this industry, artist money goes uncollected by default. Unclaimed tracks, mismatched registrations, and unresolved conflicts are normal almost everywhere (but not here!), and getting clients the money that the rest of the industry leaves on the table is exactly what we're here for.
As the roster grows, we're putting a dedicated owner on that work: every claim asserted, every match closed, every conflict resolved, and nothing left sitting.
The 5 Key Accomplishments
Run daily workflows independently - You process catalog updates, asset optimization, and metadata entry clean enough that nobody has to double-check it
Resolve issues before they escalated - You catch and resolve rights conflicts, content claims, and channel issues before they reach a client, showing real ownership and follow-through
Improve the process, not just the output - You've documented workflows, spotted inefficiencies, and made at least one real improvement that adds capacity or accuracy for the team
Apply our standards with real judgment - You know platform and company best practices well enough to apply them consistently, and you know which calls to escape instead of guessing
Owns day-to-day ISRC matching - You match unclaimed ISRCs to the correct registrations using the matching tool, working through the roster and flagging high-value matches for review

Team Workflow
You're humble enough to work in a support role where precision matters more than visibility — collaborating with the operations team and taking pride in getting details right. You're hungry to find missed revenue opportunities and solve problems before they escalated. You're smart about navigating complex systems, knowing when to act independently versus when to ...?
Must-Haves
Nice-to-Haves
Fully remote, with real autonomy once you know the process — you own your queue. The bar is high, and so is the support: this is a team that likes working together and wants to be the best in the business at what we do, and the people who've been here a while will tell you that's actually true. The work stays interesting because the problems keep changing — you'll build genuine depth in rights, publishing, and digital monetization, the kind of knowledge that compounds and travels with you.
We're here to protect artists from industry fuckery and get them their money.
