ROSTR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Rights Coordinator to execute rights management tasks for monetization across YouTube. You will manage catalog metadata, process content claims, and resolve conflicts, ensuring accurate registrations and clean rights across all assets.

The role emphasizes precision, documentation, and the use of AI to move faster without sacrificing judgment. Fully remote, you’ll collaborate with ops and client-facing teams to protect artists and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• YouTube Content Owner / SRAV CMS experience and understanding of the UGC video ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets (beyond basic data entry).
• Experience using AI tools to research, streamline workflows, and improve accuracy
• Working knowledge of music metadata and copyright
• YouTube Music Certifications (YT Music, YT Music Rights Management, Asset Management)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with impeccable follow-through
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Love of research and innate curiosity

Responsibilities

• Keep catalog metadata (ISRC, UPC, writer splits) clean and current for every client
• Handle content claims, copyright takedowns, and allow-list requests
• Resolve invalid references, reference overlaps, disputes, and appeals before they expire
• Audit channels for missed revenue or rights nobody's claimed yet
• Assert clients' rights across every audio and video asset to maximize revenue
• Handle Content ID catalog delivery and management
• Help run down fraud and conflicts across YouTube, publishing, and distribution
