Job summary

Roc Nation Distribution is seeking a Content ID & Rights Manager to oversee the organization, distribution, and optimization of our catalog of digital content across platforms, with a focus on YouTube. This role protects content ownership, manages rights, and optimizes workflows for efficient rights management.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital music distribution, metadata standards, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring catalog integrity and effective content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, Digital Media or related field.
• At least 4+ years in digital content management within music/entertainment.
• Experience with YouTube CMS and Content ID system.
• Strong understanding of digital music distribution and metadata standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital rights and protect content ownership on YouTube.
• Manage metadata quality and asset imports with rigorous checks.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and partners.
• Resolve YouTube-related disputes across Roc Nation’s catalog.
• Generate KPI and performance reports for Distribution and Publishing teams.
• Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and guidelines.
