Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Researches deeds, tax assessments, plat maps to obtain ownership data.
• Prepares legal documents, contracts, exhibits, and reports.
• Review and approve legal descriptions for accuracy.
• Verifies platting of ownership limits on plans.
• Reviews project alignments and determines extent and quality of titles.
• Negotiates property settlements and relocation aspects.
• Meets with property owners to explain project plans, appraisal process, and relocation entitlements.
• Inspect and manage department properties to ensure compliance through final disposition.
