• Prepare legal documents, contracts, exhibits, and reports.
• Review documents prior to recordation for correctness and legibility.
• Meet with property owners to discuss project plans and negotiate purchase agreements.
• Update database systems and produce project reports.
• Represent the department in public hearings and meetings.
