Job summary

Dudley Utility Services is seeking a ROW Supervisor to lead field teams on major utility infrastructure projects in the United States. You will direct field personnel, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate with clients on schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and project-management skills. Ideal candidates have extensive ROW experience, a track record of supervising professionals, and readiness to travel extensively across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in right-of-way acquisition or utility land services.
• 3+ years leading field teams or supervising professionals.
• Experience managing complex ROW acquisition projects.
• Strong knowledge of real estate principles, title research, easement and eminent domain.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, communication and conflict resolution.
• Project management and client relationship experience.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel across one or more ROW acquisition projects.
• Supervise and develop Land Representatives and Lead Land Representatives.
• Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and risk for projects.
• Lead difficult negotiations and support condemnation activities when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, chair meetings, resolve issues.
• Own project financials including budgets and profitability.
• Review acquisition docs for quality and drive improvements.
