Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Right of Way Supervisor to join the team remotely in the United States. Lead and mentor the Right of Way staff, coordinate with agents, engineers, and clients to deliver transportation, energy, or utility projects on schedule and on budget.

You'll manage daily assignments, track progress, review processes, and provide guidance on risk and issue resolution. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of land/Right of Way experience, with supervisory experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-degree or equivalent Right of Way experience required.
• 5+ years in land/Right of Way and related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Right of Way team.
• Assist Field Agents with on-site assessments.
• Manage daily assignments and resource allocation.
• Track results and report progress.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Provide guidance on issue identification and solutions.
• Conduct timesheet reviews and employee evaluations.
