Job summary

Universal Field Services, Inc. seeks a Right of Way Project Manager to coordinate between the Client’s ROW Management, Universal’s corporate management and field ROW personnel on a specific project.

The position oversees field offices and directs the work of ROW staff to ensure timely progress and compliance with safety standards. This safety sensitive role requires strong leadership, effective communication with the client and internal teams, and the ability to report on project performance,

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate between client ROW management and field ROW personnel.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience directing project-wide activities and reporting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Has oversight responsibility for all right of way personnel placed on the project.
• Implements the project’s acquisition plan and guides area supervisors to meet client goals.
• Provides assistance to the client on project and acquisition strategy.
• Acts as company management point of contact to field personnel and client’s management.
• Responsible for team performance in meeting timelines and budgets.
• Communicates changes and progress to client and project personnel.
• Attends client team meetings and oversees development of project reports.
• Reports to client ROW manager and universal corporate management.
