Job summary

Bowman Consulting seeks a Right of Way Supervisor to lead a ROW team on transportation, energy or utility projects. This remote role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with field agents and clients, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong ROW knowledge, title research and regulatory understanding are required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ROW-related work and at least 2 years in supervision, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent ROW-related experience.
5+ years in land, ROW, easement acquisition, title research or related field.
Minimum 2 years ROW supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of ROW acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence and public relations.
Intermediate skills in MS Office and familiarity with databases.
Experience reading design plans/profiles.
Ability to lead and develop a ROW team and manage projects.
Valid driver's license; satisfactory driving record.
Bilingual abilities preferred.
Ability to obtain a real estate license within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Right of Way team and communicate with agents, engineers and clients.
Manage daily assignments and resource allocation for projects.
Track results and report progress regularly.
Ensure processes and procedures are followed and provide guidance for solutions.
Complete timesheet reviews and employee evaluations.
