Job summary

CommunityTech Client #1, via SD Solutions, is seeking an Operations Manager to be Tal's right hand and run the day-to-day of the business. This full-time role partners with Tal and her team to scale operations, build processes, and manage budgets, KPIs, and programs across cities.

You will own member journeys, events, content calendars, and AI-powered workflows, ensuring smooth operations when Tal focuses on vision and partnerships. Remote-friendly, with in-person events as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, community, or social media roles; at least 2 years managing people or projects.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team and freelancers day-to-day; set priorities and deadlines.
• Build and own systems and workflows for smooth operations when leadership is not involved in detail.
• Track projects, budgets and KPIs; report progress weekly.
• Own the member journey from applications to onboarding and retention.
• Plan and run events in LA and support the New York chapter; maintain active channels.
