Job summary

Wow Remote Teams is seeking an Operations Manager to lead client relationships, talent operations, and internal team performance. This hands-on role focuses on scalable policies, decision-driven leadership, and growth support for nearshore staffing across the U.S. market.

You will work directly with the founder, shaping operations through collaboration, accountability, and practical solutions in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in staffing, recruiting, BPO or outsourcing.
• Direct people management or team leadership experience (2+ years).
• Experience in HR management or account management with client-facing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and escalations.
• Strong staffing operations knowledge including client service and talent management.
• Fluent Spanish and English (C1) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Decision-making with accountability and problem solving.
• Organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on leadership with ownership mindset.
• Availability for full-time US-aligned business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee daily client and talent operations to support service quality and business goals.
• Manage sensitive client and talent escalations with clear communication and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure candidates meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, HR guidelines, and SOPs.
• Define processes for compensation adjustments, contract changes, and staffing transitions.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
• Evaluate workflow automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Support internal HR activities including employee relations and performance management.
• Guide team members on complex client and talent situations with fair decisions.
• Align operational priorities with leadership on growth strategies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and placed professionals throughout engagements.
• Balance immediate demands with long-term initiatives.
