Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. is seeking a Product Assurance Specialist to join the R&D Rigging team. You will perform product testing, track defects, support development, and work with engineers to deliver high-quality rigging products for venues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Associates Degree in Electronics or related field.
• Experience in a team environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow directions and project plans and work with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge on a specific product within a product family.
• Develop Product Assurance Plans for products.
• Analyze test cases and provide progress reports.
• Validate product quality through testing and defect tracking.
• Execute test scenarios to uncover design defects.
• Report defects to resolution using a defect tracking database.
• Acqure and maintain test equipment and provide technical support.
• Participate in on-the-job ISO training and complete assigned tasks.
