Job summary

Production Resource Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Rigging to lead technical solutions across client projects. You will translate client needs into SOWs and product workflows, define performance objectives, and maintain quality controls throughout project lifecycles.

You will read and interpret CAD drawings, develop renderings, and collaborate with PMs, AEs, and clients to ensure on-schedule delivery and budget adherence. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management, manufacturing or related entertainment industry experience.
• 2+ years client-facing experience.
• Experience managing to a budget and understanding financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of entertainment technology.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, AMS, and AutoCAD/Vectorworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist Project Manager and Project Coordinator on product applications and requirements.
• Provide solutions to Client’s design expectations.
• Provide solutions to Client’s technology issues.
• Read, breakdown and evaluate client CAD drawings/renderings.
• Create drawings and renderings for structural, system, and infrastructure needs.
• Ensure solutions meet client needs while aligning with company financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to add value and track non-core services.
• Enter and maintain equipment lists and documentation in PRG’s AMS.
• Participate in client development plans and presentations under Sales/Production direction.
• Stay updated on product roadmaps and future developments.
