Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. (ETC) seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Professional Services - Rigging team. You will contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of rigging systems and structural supports, partnering with engineers to deliver safe, reliable solutions.

New grads and experienced engineers are welcome; you will work from the Middleton, WI or Victor, NY offices, performing design calculations, drafting, and testing with hands-on product improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of job-related experience.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow directions and project plans.
• Problem solving and basic analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs assigned project tasks under supervision of senior engineers.
• Participates in development efforts under management direction.
• Makes design modifications under supervision and maintains documentation.
• Produces detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Conducts tests and verifications as required.
• Coordinates with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Completes site surveys at customer facilities and supports manufacturing.
• Travels as needed to meet deadlines.
