Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions Houston is seeking an experienced Rigging Operations Manager to lead the rigging unit, ensuring safe, efficient project execution and strong financial performance across Texas and neighboring states.

You will report to the Regional Office General Manager, manage superintendents, dispatch and field crews, and partner on capacity planning, SOPs, and roadmap initiatives that scale profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations roles overseeing multiple projects.
• 3+ years directing supervisors or managers.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L for large operations.
• OSHA 30 certification; NCCCO Rigger II/Signalperson or ability to obtain.
• Working knowledge of lift planning preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety results for the rigging unit with the safety team.
• Drive P&L results via labor productivity and equipment utilization.
• Scale operations through capacity planning and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers and Dispatch across lifecycle.
• Develop supervision bench strength and training through RAP program.
• Own KPI dashboards and data-driven decision making.
