The role requires 3+ years as a foreman, ability to read schematics, strong math and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Occasional travel to job sites is expected, with emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; 3 years of rigging foreman or general foreman experience.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• English language proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Basic math concepts including fractions and conversions; geometry/trigonometry helpful.
• Basic computer knowledge; Windows; MS Office; willingness to learn company software.
• Valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise phases of rigging and crating tasks to meet job specs.
• Ensure all MEI and customer requirements are followed.
• Work under pressure and coordinate many activities professionally.
• Assist with hands-on training for new and existing staff.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation within and between crews.
• Travel to various job sites frequently to oversee work and personnel.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, orderly condition.
