MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Rigging Operations Manager to join the Houston team. You will lead the rigging unit, ensuring safety, performance, and scalable operations while contributing to the regional financial results and growth.

The role reports to the Regional Office GM and partners with Sales, Project Management, and Dispatch to optimize manpower, equipment, and project readiness. You will mentor superintendents and foremen, drive KPI dashboards, manage capacity planning, and help

Formación

• 8+ years in operations with 3+ years leading supervisors or managers.
• Budget management for $20–$100M+ operations; multi-office experience preferred.
• Continuing education in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent).
• OSHA 30; NCCCO Rigger II/Signalperson or ability to obtain.
• Working knowledge of lift planning preferred.
• Basic financial literacy and data-driven decision-making; ERP and fleet management systems proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Safety leadership and risk management for the business unit.
• Drive P&L performance through labor productivity and equipment utilization; monthly financial reviews.
• Capacities planning and resource leveling; develop rigging crews and standard work.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management on planning, pricing, logistics, and readiness.
• Own asset, fleet, maintenance, and inspections; coordinate with DOT on fleet issues.
• Coordinate with Warehousing for materials planning, receiving, staging, and loading.
• Develop bench strength through leadership succession; align with Training & Development.
