Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with related experience.
• Strong ability to read instructions and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in safe use of tools and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and rigging large-scale heavy equipment.
• Position, align, or level machines, equipment, and structures.
• Shakeout and rigging for crane hoisting with proper signals.
• Guide rigged items into position using tag lines.
• Estimate sizes, distances, and quantities for the work.
• Inspect subordinates' work for compliance with plans and specs.
• Select rigging components and develop basic rigging procedures.
• Identify suitable rigging points and select rated rigging based on tension.
• Maintain understanding of LHE dynamics and hazards.
