Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Rigging Inspection Coordinator to oversee daily regional inspections, coordinate customer communications that generate orders, and schedule technicians.

You will lead a team of inspectors, ensure compliance with ANSI and OSHA standards, and support professional development. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office/Excel experience required.
• Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have training knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards (ANSI/OSHA; training will be provided).
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen and E-verify.

Responsibilities

• Document/submit appropriate report(s) as required.
• Coordinate all varieties of inspections without instruction to meet or exceed Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards.
• Communicate all required tasks to the assigned inspector(s) on a daily basis or as needed.
• Complete daily tasks accurately and completely, e.g. sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects, etc.
• Maintain work area, equipment, in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines.
• Review, interpret, and understand codes, instructions, and specifications per inspection based on customer (training provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
