Job summary

Mazzella is hiring an entry-level Rigging Inspection Technician with a Remote-to-Memphis, TN location. The role focuses on inspecting items, determining pass/fail, and documenting reports while maintaining direct customer contact and supporting safety and quality standards.

A high school diploma or GED is required; ANSI/OSHA knowledge is a plus and training is provided. You will join a team that emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or military experience a plus.
• Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ANSI and OSHA standards; training provided.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and inspect per codes, instructions and specs.
• Inspect items, determine pass/fail and document reports.
• Perform predetermined inspections to meet QA standards.
• Move and handle material as required to complete inspection.
• Complete daily inspection paperwork accurately.
• Report defects to customer and supervisor.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
