Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Rigging Inspection Coordinator to manage a region's daily operations, coordinate customer communications, schedule technicians, and gather information to close opportunities. You will lead a team of inspectors and support their professional growth.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, QA/industry standards knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with training provided on industry codes and safety

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office/Excel for daily tasks.
  • Experience in a service, inspection, or production environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Training knowledge of manufacturers and industry standards (ANSI/OSHA).
  • Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Able to pass criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.

Responsibilities

  • Document and submit reports as required.
  • Coordinate inspections to meet Mazzella QA standards.
  • Communicate tasks to inspectors daily as needed.
  • Complete daily tasks such as sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects.
  • Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
  • Review codes and specs per inspection based on customer (training provided).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Job Duties
  • Document/submit appropriate report(s) as required
  • Coordinate all varieties of inspections without instruction to meet or exceed Mazzella Quality Assurance Standards
  • Communicate all required tasks to the assigned inspector(s) on a daily basis or as needed
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and completely, i.e. sales orders, quotes, service orders, projects, etc.
  • Maintain work area, equipment, in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
  • Review, interpret, and understand codes, instructions, and specifications per inspection based on customer (training provided)
  • Other duties as assigned
Summary
