Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as rigging foreman or general foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• Strong English communication; bilingual in English/Spanish helpful.
• Basic math and measurement skills; geometry/trigonometry helpful.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging, crating, and related activities per job specs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate teams, monitor progress, and manage workloads.
• Provide on-site coaching and training as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Communicate scope and outcomes to management.
• Travel to multiple sites as required.
