Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a seasoned Rigging Foreman to lead the rigging crew on client sites. You will supervise machinery moves, coordinate with field technicians, and drive safety, quality and schedule.

Required: HS diploma, 10 years of foreman experience in machinery moving, valid driver’s license, and own tools. You will travel to job sites and ensure compliance with MEI standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of proven machinery moving foreman experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and project management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own hand tools.
• Experience moving machinery with forklift, skating, leveling and anchoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage all job site activities of the rigging crew.
• Plan, develop and align crew with customer and sales teams under direction of job.
• Direct workforce to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Supervise machinery moving crews and coordinate with technicians.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Build relationships with customers and partners; ensure project information accuracy.
