Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 3 years' rigging foreman or general foreman experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• English language proficiency; bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required.
• Strong math skills for units, fractions, percentages, and measurements; geometry/trigonometry helpful.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rigging and crating tasks and tailor supervisory activities to meet job specs.
• Ensure MEI and customer requirements are followed.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Assist with hands-on training for staff and promote teamwork.
• Establish performance expectations and review work at various stages and on completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, organized manner.
• Represent MEI professionally with a customer-service focus.
• Travel to job sites frequently and oversee assigned personnel.
