Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel for training seminars.
• In-person, on-site training beginning July 2026.
• Pass pre-employment contingencies including 5-panel drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Rigging Apprenticeship Program.
• Learn core rigging skills through hands-on training and assessments.
• Complete pre-work and assignments for training seminars.
• Be able to work in outdoor environments and in a highly functioning team.
