Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a skilled Operator I to manage rig controls and operate equipment on-site. You will supervise crewmembers, maintain productivity standards, and coordinate with customer representatives to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on rig handling, and the ability to address maintenance issues, with a focus on safety and efficiency in all daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Seven (7) years’ experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Two (2) years of relief operator experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Operate the rig safely during rig up/down and pulling operations.
• Oversee crew and supervise crew members on site.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to provide safe, reliable service.
• Perform equipment inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Lead safety meetings and document field activities.
