Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Texas seeks a Relief Operator to lead a 3/5-person well service crew, rigging up/down, and ensuring safe, efficient operations under the Rig Manager.

You will perform rig controls, prepare tickets, document services and materials, drive the crew truck, and mentor Floor Hands and Derrick Hands. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership capabilities for a small rig crew.
